Oregon's COVID-19 Disaster

Documenting Governor Kate Brown's horrific handling of the COVID pandemic in Oregon.

Lawsuit Details Kate Brown's Retaliation Against Salon Owner And Family For Opening

In an interview on The Ingraham Angle on Fox News, Glamour Salon owner Lindsey Graham detailed how in addition to using her lackeys at Oregon OSHA to fine her business, she also sent Child Protective Services to her home to interview her children without her being present.

Glamour Salon owner Lindsey Graham reopened her salon in May and received a fine of $14,000 from the state. Graham claimed that Brown began to personally "terrorize" her family, and threatened to place her children under the care of Child Protective Services to "intimidate" her into closing her salon doors.

"As soon as I tried to open my doors against the governor's mandate back in May, she came at me with the full weight of the state," Graham told "The Ingraham Angle" on Monday.

"She terrorized myself, she terrorized my stylists, and she terrorized my family. She took every government agency she could, and she put her full weight into intimidating me into closing, including sending Child Protective Services to my home and threatening the removal of my children."

Three days after publically opening her salon, Child Protective Services showed up at Graham's home and "interviewed my children without my presence," she explained.

They "opened a full-blown case against me which was completely bogus and unwarranted, and it didn't come until I shot back at them with a threat of the lawsuit," that they backed down, Graham said.

The interview took place because of Graham's recently filed lawsuit against Kate Brown for $100,000. The lawuit alleges that "shutting private businesses "caused greater negative health effects on Oregonians in the form of increased stress, anxiety and depression." It also (rightfully) claims that Brown does not have the authority to close private businesses that can demonstrate they can operate safely and adhere to the requirements the government laid out.

As sad as it is to say, this is not uncommon for Kate and her lackeys. I personally know of a sports tournament organizer who, because Kate has not allowed kids to play sports in Oregon (because they would all get COVID and immediately die), has been running tournaments in a sane, neighboring state. When her office called this person and told them to stop running tournaments, they told her to pound sand. Coincidentally, very soon after, she came after the business with an audit, and this was not the first time she has done this to this person when they say or do something she doesn't like. For politicians like her, the force of government is a tool to use against political opponents or anyone that dares to not bow down to her at all times.
